In Son Gener we give great importance to breakfast. It is abundant, exquisite and varied.
You can enjoy a small lunch with ingrediants from our garden.
We have a daily menu from which you can choose between meat, fish or a vegan menu. The food can be defined as home cooking and authentic Mallorquin. We are always looking to use seasonal products.
We cultivate all types of vegetables : lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, onions, aubergines etc of which you can enjoy in the hotel restaurant. Natural and healthy food.
We produce our own oil which has an intense flavour and is very healthy.
We also have an extensive wine cellar where you can find many references to excellent Mallorquin wines. The perfect combination between gastronomy and wine.
The eggs are from our own hens. The fish is always fresh and bought from the local fishermen.
Also, every year we produce our own sobrasada , one of the most typical Mallorquin products which you must try.
